DATE: Art Deco, c.1920

This incredibly gorgeous target ring dates from the Art Deco period. French made, it's set with two halo clusters of gemstones - sapphire and diamond - around a central blue sapphire, weighing in at 1.1 carats. The diamonds are bright, displaying excellent flash and sparkle, while in great contrast the the sapphires display gorgeous dark and bright blue hues. The ring is modelled in platinum throughout, with a finely pierced gallery allowing light to flood in behind the stones.
